A new progress framework of accredited programmes in Co-operative Studies produced in partnership between the Co-operative College and ASDAN.

The Co-operative College and ASDAN are delighted to launch a new range of accredited programmes for schools which introduce co-operative studies into the curriculum.

The materials provide a progression in co-operative education from ‘Stepping Stones’ for primary students through to the Certificate of Personal Effectiveness through Co-operative Studies, a GCSE equivalent qualification at Levels 1,2 and 3.

The programmes and their supporting co-operative curriculum materials will be of particular interest to schools who wish to embed co-operation into their whole-school ethos and to develop their student’s awareness and understanding of co-operative values.

They will be equally valuable, however, to those looking for a fresh approach to their Citizenship curriculum, exploring such issues as Fair Trade and ethical investment/ethical business practice with their students, or for looking at new ways of running enterprise projects.
